Changes to the MNW

If you have not done so already, you should be advising any employees paid
at the Minimum National Wage that their hourly rate will increase from the 1
October 2005 as follows:
The adult rate of the minimum wage (for workers aged 22 and over) should
increase from its present hourly rate of ?4.85 to ?5.05.
The development rate (for workers aged 18-21 inclusive, and workers aged 22
and above in the first six months of new employment receiving accredited
training) should increase from the present hourly rate of ?4.10 to ?4.25.
